Onboard Mineral Constant Production of 1.900 LITRES Per Day - Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water
National Sanitation Foundation
Light Commercial Ship Solution | 1.900 Litres Per Day
PSS-RO7MUV/D1900 is a small-sized yet high-capacity light commercial and low-cost ship solution, producing every day 1.900 litres of clean mineral drinking and cooking water. It is suitable for offshore platforms as well. A storage tank* comes as an option, for emergency situations or for an onboard electricity black-out.
It has a capacity of up to 1.4 litres per minute, providing onboard high-quality clean mineral drinking and cooking water. The system occupies minimum space, yet provides maximum results with no tank required, providing built-in direct flow, with FDA approved polypropylene-made flat cap housing.
The onboard system has a High Flow Booster Pump, producing daily 1.900 litres of clean mineral drinking and cooking water. It is a light commercial reverse osmosis water system, for high onboard water production capacity.
Factory tested and sterilised, installation-ready, coming with an attractive designer faucet. Includes a build-in electrical shut off valve to prevent any damage to the membrane. It contains 3 reverse osmosis membranes and each membrane gives 200 GPD (gallons per day).
7 Stage Reverse Osmosis System
Water filtering goes through a seven stage reverse osmosis system, delivering to users onboard crystal-clear drinking and cooking water.
Stage 1 – 5 Micron Sediment Filter
Removes dirt, rust and sand particles, with only five micron rating.
Stage 2 – Carbon Block Filter
Removes 99% of chlorine and organic chemicals, providing enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color.
Stage 3 – 1 Micron Sediment Filter
Provides effective filtration to protect onboard membrane, with only 1 micron rating. Giving improved membrane performance of up to 95% of TDS rejection.
Stage 4 – Reverse Osmosis Membrane
A TFC (thin film composite) high quality membrane processing 50 gallons per day, removing lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium hard water contaminants that may be present in water.
Stage 5 – Post Carbon Filter
This NSF approved post carbon filter removes objectionable tastes and odors in order to enhance the quality of onboard drinking water. Delivering guaranteed water taste.
Stage 6 – Mineral Filter
Improves the quality of onboard produced clean water by adding necessary for proper human development and health minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and other minerals readily found in many natural mineral waters.
Stage 7- Ultraviolet Water Steriliser (2GPM UV Lamp)
The 2GPM (gallons per minute) UV lamp utilises the application of particularly efficient UV radiator with a 254nm wave length causing the immediate death of organisms and wipes out their ability to survive and to get reproduced.
The Ultraviolet light (UV), a natural part of the sunlight is widely accepted as a reliable, efficient & environmentally friendly solution for water disinfection. It offers 99.99% destruction of Bacteria and Viruses.
