Ship Solution | 300 Liters Per Day

PSS-RO7PMU/300 is a small-sized commercial ship solution which produces every day 300 liters of clean mineral drinking and cooking water.
The onboard system is easy to control, using mineral filter in order to improve the quality of the clean water provided. Accompanied by all necessary fittings. Factory tested and sterilised, installation-ready with installation instructions, using automatic shut-off valve, stainless steel check valve and a mini flow restrictor, a feed water connector and a drain saddle valve, four color-coded 1/4 inch tubing for system connection, and one water storage tank of 3.2 gallons of NSF Standards.

Mineral Filter Included

Our mineral provided filter improves the quality of the clean produced onboard water by adding the necessary health minerals for proper human development, such as Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and other ones readily found in many natural mineral waters. Mainly installed with reverse osmosis stems to complement their absolute filtration qualities.

Cations in filtered water:
Ca2+: 34mg/l
Mg2+: 12mg/l
Na+: 22mg/l
K+: 8.5mg/l

Anions in filtered water:
CO32-: 10mg/l
SO42-: 0.3mg/l
Cl-: 0.8mg/l
F-: 0.06mg/l

Quick-Change Cartridge Reverse Osmosis System

PSS-RO7PUV/300 uses the most advanced water treatment technology, the  “Reverse Osmosis” technology. Reverse Osmosis (RO) is recognised as one of the best available technologies for producing drinking water of best quality . It is also the same method used by many bottled water companies to make safe and water of great taste. No other drinking water treatment system can offer as much protection and reliability.

The newly designed quick-change reverse osmosis system is user-friendly, with design simplicity in mind. It requires no tools for filter changes. Use twist and quick-change cartridge design makes filter changes fast, clean and easy. No tools required for replacements. This space saving allows maximum use of ship’s under counter space.

7 Stage Reverse Osmosis System

Water filtering goes through a seven stage reverse osmosis system, delivering to users onboard crystal-clear drinking and cooking water.

Stage 1 – 5 Micron Sediment Filter

Removes dirt, rust and sand particles, with only five micron rating.

Stage 2 – Carbon Block Filter

Removes 99% of chlorine and organic chemicals, providing enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color.

Stage 3 – 1 Micron Sediment Filter

Provides effective filtration to protect onboard membrane, with only 1 micron rating. Giving improved membrane performance of up to 95% of TDS rejection.

Stage 4 – Reverse Osmosis Membrane

A TFC (thin film composite) high quality membrane processing 50 gallons per day, removing lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium hard water contaminants that may be present in water.

Stage 5 – Post Carbon Filter

This NSF approved post carbon filter removes objectionable tastes and odors in order to enhance the quality of onboard drinking water. Delivering guaranteed water taste.

Stage 6 – Mineral Filter

Improves the quality of onboard produced clean water by adding necessary for proper human development and health minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and other minerals readily found in many natural mineral waters.

Stage 7- Ultraviolet Water Steriliser (UV Lamp)

This UV lamp utilizes the application of particularly efficient UV radiator with a 254nm wave length causing the immediate death of organisms and wipes out their ability to survive and to get reproduced.
The Ultraviolet light (UV), a natural part of the sunlight is widely accepted as a reliable, efficient & environmentally friendly solution for water disinfection. It offers 99.99% destruction of Bacteria and Viruses.
